La Esperanza Child Development Center LLC is a 5-star early childhood education center that provides a routine, instruction, curriculum, and, most important, love, to our children. Our primary customers are working families that need full-time care and education for their children while they work. In 2017, we noticed that childcare was becoming very expensive and hard to afford for our working middle-class families; therefore, we voluntarily decided to apply for the NM PreK grants to lower the cost of childcare to our full-time working families. By the grace of God, we have been granted funding to our Preschool and PreK classrooms. The grant covers 900 hours of instruction from mid-August to mid-May, the weekly tuition is reduced to $120, which covers the wrap-around care outside the NM PreK and Early PreK hours.
The New Early Prek and NM PreK schedule will follow the Albuquerque and Rio Rancho Public schools schedule. However, the wrap-around care will cover the care and instruction when public schools are closed, and La Esperanza is open.
La Esperanza NM Early PreK and NM PreK will focus on school readiness and provide developmentally appropriate activities to children. To qualify for the NM Early PreK, children must have reached their third (3rd) birthday but not older than four years old before 12:01 a.m., September 1st of the current school year.
